TOPIC: acting out different situations
HOW TO:
Create a list of different situations that your students can end up in and let them act them out. Depending on their level, you can either pair them up or let them act them out with you. Again, depending on their level, you can either give them time to prepare it beforehand or let them work it out on the spot.
TIP
I found out that using real situations people can really end up in brings some level of gravity into it, so it is not just a “drama” exercise.
TIP 2
After trying several different situations, you can focus on and practice vocabulary that could be useful in those situations but was difficult or unknown to your students.
