HOW TO:
Create a short story, piece of memoir, or epic poem that is 26 sentences long, in which the first sentence begins with “A” and each sentence thereafter begins with the next letter of the alphabet.
VARIATION FOR ADVANCED STUDENTS
Create a 26-word story, where each word begins with a different letter of the English alphabet. The words can, but do not need to be in alphabetical sequence.
EXAMPLE: Angry, belligerent cheetahs danced energetically for gigantic hippopotamuses. Idiotic jaguars kidded large, mangy newts. Overweight pandas quickly ran, scaring trustworthy unicorns. Vigilant walruses X-rayed young zebras.
